Le sue produzione hanno scalato le chart di tutto il Mondo e attualmente sta facendo ballare tutta Europa e non solo con il suo ultimo singolo, naturalmente stiamo parlando dell’insuperabile Jay Frog. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di intervistarlo, volete sapere cosa ci ha raccontato? Non dovete fare altro che leggere fino in fondo questa interessante intervista.

Attualmente sei presente in moltissime chart con il tuo singolo Tzzzz. Puoi parlarci di questa canzone, dove hai preso l’ispirazione per realizzare Tzzzz?
Beh, ci è sempre piaciuta la versione originale e abbiamo trovato la traccia mentre ascoltavamo la nostra libreria 70s. È sempre un grande classico!
Durante le tue performance live utilizzi la consolle emulator, com’è nata l’idea di usare questo tipo di consolle e cosa ti ha spinto verso questa scelta?
Sono un grande fan dello sviluppo tecnologico, e dopo aver visto l’Emulator al Musik Messe a Francoforte qualche anno fa ne sono rimasto davvero molto impressionato e ho deciso: lo devo avere! HaHa. 🙂
Hai prodotto moltissime canzoni, quali sono le tue preferite e perché?
Difficile da dire, tutte hanno una loro storia. Ma parlando degli ultimi anni, penso che le tracce realizzate con i miei amici canadesi siano eccezionali “Uh-Huh” con Deko-ze, “Break Free” con MC Flipside e Simone Denny. Amo anche le tracce realizzate con il mio amico e partner tedesco Sean Finn, c’è sempre molto divertimento nello studio con lui e una grande collaborazione.
Come vedi l’attuale scena EDM?
É diventato un business molto difficile negli ultimi anni. Non c’è da stupirsi se alcuni colleghi sono morti in giovane età. Parlando del genere chiamato EDM, non l’ho mai veramente toccato come produttore. Mi piace ai festival ma non mi piace molto nei piccoli club, come molti degli impianti di diffusione sonora non possono suonare questo suono e molto spesso suona male, senza cuore e anima.
Meglio suonare nei club oppure nei festival?
Entrambi hanno i loro vantaggi, mi piace molto suonare nei festival, la folla, il suono e l’intera atmosfera, ma amo anche essere vicino ai miei fan e tutti gli amanti della musica in un piccolo club.
Volendo stilare una classifica secondo la tua esperienza, quali sono le tre produzioni che attualmente possono avere maggior successo?
Hm. Ottima domanda. Successo in che cosa? Di esposizione? O di vendite? Voglio dire .. la vendita è finita, quindi a mio parere qualunque produzione al giorno d’oggi potrebbe avere più successo.

You’re currently present in many chart with your single Tzzzz. Can you tell us about this song, where did you get the inspiration to make Tzzzz?
Well, we always loved the original and found the track again while stepping through our 70s library. It´s still a great classic!
During your live performances you use the console Emulator, how was the idea of using this type of console born and what prompted you to make this choice?
I´m a huge fan of development in technic, and after seeing the Emulator on the Musik Messe in Frankfurt a few years ago I was very impressed by it and decided : This is a must have! Haha. 🙂
You have produced many songs, what are your favorite and why?
Hard to say, all of them have their own story. But speaking about the last years I think the tracks with my Canadian friends are outstanding like „Uh-Huh“ with Deko-ze or „Break Free“ with MC Flipside and Simone Denny. I also love the tracks with my German friend and partner in crime Sean Finn, its always good fun in the studio with him and a great collaboration.
How do you see the current EDM scene?
It became a very hard business in the past few years. No wonder a few colleagues died at a young age.
Speaking about the so called EDM Genre I didn´t really touch it as a producer. I love it on festivals but don´t like it so much in small clubs, as most of the PA Systems can´t handle that sound and it very often sounds crap with no heart and soul in it.
Is it Better to play in clubs or festivals?
Both have their benefits, I really love to play on festivals, this huge crowd, the sound, the whole atmosphere but I also like to be close to my fans and all the music lovers in a small club.
Wanting to establish a ranking according to your experience, what are the three productions that currently can have more successful?
Hm. Good question. Successful in what? Exposure? Or selling? I mean .. selling is over, so in my opinion EVERY production could be more successful nowadays.
